Truvexa Driver Solutions ("Truvexa", "we") is a driver recruiting firm based in Chicago, Illinois. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us: name, phone number, email (optional), ZIP code, the position you're interested in, whether you hold a CDL Class A, your OTR experience, and whether you are a SAP driver.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers or documents through this website.

Information collected automatically: device and browser data, pages visited, and referring site, through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Pixel when enabled.

How we use it

To contact you about driving opportunities by phone, text message and email, to match you with partner carriers, to improve this website, and to measure our advertising.

Sharing

With your permission, we share your application details with the partner carrier we discuss with you during recruiting. We use service providers to host this website, deliver form submissions and measure advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box, you agree to receive calls and texts from Truvexa at the number you provided, including by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of employment. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies and advertising

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook settings.

Retention and security

We keep application information only as long as needed for recruiting and legal purposes, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
