How it works
How CDL-A recruiting works, from application to first load
Here's every step, and the point where you learn the carrier's name.
Apply
Fill out the 4-step form in about 3 minutes or call us. We only ask for contact details and basic experience. Never your SSN, license number or documents.
Recruiter call
We go over your experience, the pay plan you want, home time, the freight and lanes you like, and any SAP details.
Matching
We match you with a partner carrier that fits what you told us.
Carrier named, offer reviewed
We tell you which carrier it is and walk through the offer: pay plan, truck, home time. You can look the carrier up yourself before deciding.
Carrier application
You apply with the carrier directly. Their standard checks happen there, through the carrier's own secure process.
Orientation
Carrier orientation and truck assignment. Location, length and pay for orientation: ask your recruiter.
First load
You're dispatched. Your recruiter is still a phone call away.
What Truvexa is, and what it isn't
Truvexa is
- A driver recruiting firm based in Chicago, IL
- Your contact from first call to first load
- The one who tells you which carrier you'd drive for, before you accept
Truvexa is not
- A motor carrier, so we have no MC or DOT number of our own
- The company that dispatches or pays you
- A place to upload documents or your SSN
When is the carrier named?
During recruiting, before you accept an offer. You will never be asked to commit to a job without knowing which company you'd be driving for.
Ready to talk about your next truck?
Apply in about 3 minutes. A recruiter will call you to go over pay, home time and the carrier.
